Diese Geschichte hat es wirklich in sich. Ich könnte es nicht zur Seite legen. Packend und spannend durchweg.Man darf die Geschichte miterleben. Ich habe gezittert und mitgefiebert. Leider verfolgte sie mich dann nachts. Aber das spricht ja nur positiv für die Autorin.Es wird in zwei Zeitebenen erzählt. Einmal in der Gegenwart, in der Joe Antworten und Rache möchte und einmal in der Zeit als alles passierte. Die Autorin hat einen sehr lange im unklaren gelassen, was wirklich passiert ist, was das Ganze noch spannender machte. Zudem kam dann eine Wendung, die ich garnicht vermutet hätte.Der Schreibstil ist leicht, flüssig und sehr angenehm zu lesen, was das Ganze noch unterstreicht das Buch nicht wegzulegen. Ich war ruckzuck durch damit. Langeweile hat hier keinen Platz.Von mir gibt es eine klare Leseempfehlung und volle 5 von 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
